Halo AML App is a client onboarding application designed to assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance as well as to aid in Countering Terrorism Financing (CFT). The Halo AML App provides a guided process for client & customer identification as required by the applicable AML/CFT regulations.
The process documents or records the basic identity information including but not limited to: name, address, contact number, email, passport and additional identity documentation, nature of business and employment history among other crucial information. This is then submitted to the relevant compliance representatives and in case there is a red flag, a suspicious transaction report can be forwarded to the reporting entity.
